Selecting music for kids today is insanely difficult. Especially in the 3rd through 6th grade age group. For the church, this means that the floppy records that used to come in the Sunday School packets back in the 80s when I was growing up no longer work! Shocking, I know!
So if you’re looking for some good worship music for kids, I’d suggest this album from Gateway Next. This is the first album for kids that has been released through Gateway Church and I think it’s wonderful! Not only has Maisie learned all of the words, but it isn’t something Kellie and I have to merely tolerate in the car. It’s actually enjoyable to adult ears!
